Ok in the state of PA, lets say i am 18 years old, and i get pulled over, am i alloud to have a gun unconcealed on my dashboard, or seat next to me? I know it use to be in Texas you could put your gun on your dashboard and you wouldn't get in trouble for it.

You need a gun-owner's permit to have a gun at all, but different states have different laws, so I can't answer that part.

I recommend always having a permit to carry the weapon... its better safe than sorry!

you have to be 21 to own a handgun so, yes you will get arrested.
