Regardless of what you (or I) think of Harry Potter and the hype around it, the book is important to HER. And you knew that and spoiled it anyway for your own amusement. That shows a serious lack of respect.
She might forgive you if you can show you're learning to respect her. Give her time to cool down first - at least until she's done with the book.

Sorry, that was harsh. I'm sure you're hurt. I guess she really loves Harry Potter, you should have taken her seriously. But, thats the past, and its behind you. Just tell her how sorry you are, and treat her to something, like a movie or ice cream. She'll come around, she should forgive you.
