cardio to get rid of midsection fat, wear one of those waist belts to make you sweat on your belly while your running. start doing push ups, buy some weights and/or buy resistance bands, those are cheap and effective for getting nice toned arms. also, boxing helps, so borrow a friend's gloves start punching and start sweating. you should see results within a month. i did =]

Cardio, cardio, cardio! There is really no such thing as spot reduction when it comes to fat. You've got to burn it off all at once. Also, a high protein, low GI (look this one up if you need to) diet combined with some weight training can help both curb your appetite and build muscle. The more muscle you have, the more calories your body will burn in a day because muscle require more evergy to maintain than fat. The Abs Diet book is probably a good fit for you. Look it up on Amazon.

Sporting goods stores, or even stores like Walmart and Target sell inexpensive weights/ barbells, weighing from 2 to 10 pounds. Or stretchy exercize bands, which come with a booklet of motions to tone different areas of your body. For 20- 30 dollars you could put together a nice little set for yourself of equipment and tone up your arms pretty nicely.
