And why are Christians so upset at the Hindu who opened Congress with a Hindu prayer last week? Isn't prayer prayer?

ALL Christians are not upset.
Some got out of hand and ought to be jailed.
Prayer- communion with God.
Talking to yourself = talking to yourself
Simple, is it not?

Prayer is talking to God. Sorry it is not that simple. If used right, like have a right heart before God, having faith, living lifestyle that is please to Him, asking in line with His word. and so on.....Prayer can take a loser and make him a powerful person

When people talk to themselves they know they're just talking to themselves.
When people pray, they are deluded into thinking they're speaking to a higher power and aren't aware they're just talking to themselves.
So the awareness is the key difference.

can anyone explain the hindu thing more, im hindu, but idk bout it, and talking to ur self isnt the same as prayer cause prayer is wen ur talkin to god i guess
