Vinegar rags. It may sound crazy but it WORKS great, it draws all the heat out of the burn and alleviates the pain. I once got toasted at the pool and was so severely burnt I could barely move. So I applied vinegar rags to the burns and was feeling much better in no time. So just take some vinegar and soak the rags in it and tell her to place them on where he got burnt.

He should drink lots of fluids and see a doctor. There is always a chance of sunstroke. To help him sleep at night for a few days someone could wrap some reuseable ice packs in pillow cases and put them in the bed with him.

Before applying any sticky or greasy stuff, see a doctor. Don't, under ANY circumstance, break the blisters!

i personally believe that solarcaine is the solution to all burns, it cools and heals all types of burns and the like, you can purchase it in a spray or lotion and there may be other forms of it as well, its worth a shot - good luck

Take a bath in oatmeal. Keep ice packs on it. That also helps!
