Is my bluetooth defective?

I have a motorola h700 and when I make a call, it doesnt connect. The light blinks and I hear the little beeping sound when it comes on, but i can only talk by my phone. What's up?

Bluetooth isn't the problem. The problem is with your phone. Bluetooth only allows your phone to work wirelessly with other devices, such as to access the modem on your PDA or to work an earset. Bluetooth doesn't have anything to do with the phone getting your cell signal.
