Sorry, these answers are correct. You do not get to transfer anything over from being an RN to being a MD. You must have all the pre-reqs and a bachelor's degree (in nursing I asume) and take the MCATS; apply to Medical school just like everyone else and do 4 years of medical school, then a surgical internship, residency and possibly fellowship in plastic surgery. You may have to take a few more pre-reqs as well, just depending on what all you were able to take in your BSRN program. If this is what you want, I suggest checking out the medical school pre-reqs now so you can take all the classes you need now.

You should apply to medical school and take appropriate courses. When you graduate and finish your internship, you can look for a position with a practice that specializes in plastic surgery. Eventually, as you acquire experience, you may decide to open your own practice.

You will have to go to medical school and then take courses in the field of plastic surgery.

It's a litle small thing called Medical School. It may cost you a year's salary, but it would be worth it in the long run

Four years of medical school. Three years for your internship and residency. Then you'll need to be selected for a surgery fellowship. Then you'll have to be selected for a cosmetic and reconstructive surgery fellowship.
