No worries, just show immigration only your Austrian passport because you have a valid ETA-visa for it. There's no need to tell them about your second citizenship unless they explicitely ask - but I doubt they will (if they even know about it), and I suppose they wouldn't care if they knew You're "just" a legal visitor going to spend your money in Oz.

You shouldn't have a problem entering if you are a dual national. As an Austian citizen you are eligible to enter Australia with an electronic visa, which is much less painless than with your Macedonian one (you'd need to apply for a paper visa through the embassy). Check this link out for eligible countries:

http://www.immi.gov.au/visitors/tourist/976/eligibility.htm

An ETA visa (valid 12 months) will allow you to stay in Australia for up to 3 months but will not allow you to work. You can get it through the Oz immigration (it will cost AU$20) site or through a travel agent

Good luck and have fun in Oz :)

As long as you complete your journey using the same passport you started it with, you don't need to tell anyone about your second passport. I have two, Australian and UK and use whichever is more convenient for the journey.
