They both act exactly the same. I can't even tell the difference between the two.

Steadfast?

Romans 8:31 "What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?"

Nothing really changes conviction wise for the believer. Non-believers that depend on science, change with science, as science changes.

Ah, that's one of those perspective questions:

Steadfast is "obstinate" with a good spin on it.
I am steadfast,
You are stubborn
He is bull-headed obstinate.

It's an old game, to try and find the three terms that change perspective on what might be the same phenomenon.

"I am economical
You are parsimonious
He is a miser"

Language is both delightful and tricky.

I have tried to be respectful to everyone. I spent an hour last night looking up all of the authors for all of the books of the Bible to post that for an atheist who asked about it.
I have done searches for people, both Christian and atheist, who asked about a specific concern.

Many atheists have been more kind to me than a few of the fundies here.

Your question is adding to the "button-pushing." in my opinion.

A "fight" will begin.
Thanks.

The only thing that matters here is the karmic lessons to be learned and choices to be made,
Love /fellowship/joy/sharing or Dominion/controling others/ the I'm better than you attitude. When you judge another for any reason it is you own soul that you are damaging.

That's easy. Christians are because athiests lack conviction. Thier only convictions are for things they made up. Bah!

I think you can only say that on an individual basis.
No 2 atheists are alike. Just like no 2 christians are alike.

There aren't that many Christians that hang around very long. They really don't like to be questioned.

atheist - without question - because, once you admit to yourself religion is nonsense and have the commonsense and information to back it up there's no going back to being superstitious
