if a pot comes from a potter, then why is there still a potter. stupid question right? but that's the same question you just asked. The potter makes a pot. The potter is still there, why wouldn't he or she be there.
you don't understand God - God is self-existant - God exists before and after everyone - God is always there and always has been there, from eternity to eternity - beginning to end -
why would Got create man - and then suddenly not exist anymore? You are like saying that man has more importance or value than God. Is the creation greater than the creator? well, NO.
R.C. Sproul is probably the most respected writer of books about this subject, and his books can explain more than I ever could.
I think you are asking questions that are complex that most people won't be able to ask, but if you read his books you'll see the answers to many of your questions.
I think you don't really understand the concept of God, and that your concept of God isn't very accurate so far.
