Say hi. How're you doing. It doesn't have to be that clever or complicated. If a person likes you and you're compatable, simple conversation will be all it takes. If you really have to strain to come up with clever things you're working too hard ,and it's probably not a go with this person.

get him alone..
tell him how you feel..
or if your to scaried to do that..
get your friend bring up your name in a convo with him..
and then get a friend to ask him if he likes you..
