yesterday I found out my potassium is a little high which is making my arms and legs weak .

What can I eat to make the potassium go back down?

The normal range for potassium is 3.5 - 4.5, how high was your reading? If your physician told you it was too high, he should have ordered Kayexalate right then. High and low potassium levels are bad for you. It can cause muscles aches, and can also lead to a heart attack..........sorry to be so blunt but it is true. Call your local pharmacist and ask them what you can take over the counter. I am not sure there is anything without a prescription.

Be sure to check your vitamin pills if you take them they have potassium.

Try doing some cardio and stay away from potassiam. You should drop it out of your system pretty quickly.

Well, stay away from bananas! They are the highest.
