I'm not trying to be cruel, but, it sounds like the old comedians' lines:

"Doctor, Doctor! It hurts when I do that!"

"Well, don't do that!"

If your browser freezes when you visit a website then launch Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete and click on the Processes tab. Scroll down until you see iexplore.exe and click on it. Then click the End Process button.

You shouldn't need to reboot your PC if your browser freezes.

It could very well be your browser. And I lay odds you are using Internet Explorer. Try Mozilla at www.Firefox.com

Good luck
