As a matter of fact, I am one. And, being a product/victim of a private Christian school, I happen to know a few more!
My closest friends while growing up have pretty much all left Christianity to pursue Paganism.
I, being the most hardcore Jesus freak of them all...complete with Sunday church, Wednesday night and Summer youth group, Friday night discipleship, Youth council, carrying my bible to class when I transferred to public high school, and yes....even witnessing to bums....am an ecclectic Celtic Pagan.
The christian church was false, judgemental, and evil.
Don't get me wrong, I am a total fan of Jesus. That dude rocked! But, unfortunately for all the freaks out there calling themselves "Christians" he was just that...a dude. An awesome dude...but just a dude.
Santa is pretty popular too. Just goes to show you that a falsehood CAN and has been spread worldwide...and people do believe it.

Not so many christians in my country, most christians here were once catholic but converted to christianity. Most pagans I know, myself included, were not born into a pagan family or were raised with the pagan beliefs. Most of them were brought up into catholic faith and then converted.
Just follow your heart, and have faith.

Sounds like you're on the right track.
I know a couple. One of my good friends used to be Catholic, now she's pagan, and she says it's not even that different...lol. What she means is that Catholicism is very ritualistic and sacramental, and of course the Christian cycle is really just the old pagan cycle, recycled. You just loose the condescending patriarchal attitude and neurotic guilt-complex, and the negative obsession with sex.

Yes. I know several. They didn't feel that the various churches they came from answered their questions, or felt that they were somehow looked down upon for asking too many questions. That, or they felt that they just didn't quite fit in. Two of the most active Pagans I know in this area were raised Methodist and Assembly of God.

I felt the same for years. My family was never big on religions, but we have a great sense of morals, values, and spirituality. Don't get caught up in trying to stay in one place. Read, learn & explore! Try attending different churches, or meeting with various spiritual groups. You will find one that clicks for you and makes you feel wonderful - and that's where you ought to be: Somewhere that you feel full of hope and joy! Follow your bliss - I am!
Blessed Be!

If you seek ANY answer to any biblical question - you can go here if you can handle the truth: www.yahweh.com
Just about EVERY Christian is a Pagan ... consider this;
Do they keep Christmas???
Do they keep Holloween????
Do they keep or observe Easter?????
Do they keep the day of worship on the 1st day (sunday) instead of the 7th day (Friday from sundown to Saturday sundown)???????
I can go on - BUT;
If any Christian answers YES to any of the above questions - they are pagans as they follow after the gods.
The only place these HOLLOWdays are described in scripture is to tell the children to NOT participate in them as they bring death and not life.
If you want to know who walks uprightly or at least has that possibility - see who keeps the Feasts of Yahweh in Leviticus 21 - the FEASTS WILL BE KEPT FOREVER BY THOSE WHO ARE THE SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF OUR CREATOR ... and,
They will keep those feasts AT THE PLACE WHERE YAHWEH HAS PLACED HIS NAME ... and there they will go.
Hope this helped and more.
Peace;

is impossible to become unborn from the new
spiritual birth.Once a child of God,you will always be a child of God.You cannot become
unborn from the natural birth,neither can anyone become unborn from the spiritual.

Yes, one of my good friends was raised Lutheran, and now she's a practicing pagan. Was ordained into her Order in a stone circle in Ireland and everything.

No. But I read that a long time ago, a sect of Judaism adopted many pagan ideas and became a separate religion.
