Not in moderation.

I buy 100 calorie packs of 94% fat free kettle corn. Its a great snack (suprisingly filling as well, especially when eaten with a large glass of water), and popcorn is a great source of fiber and whole grains.

If you are avoiding certain things, then yes. I only eat natural popcorn. That is because I am watching my weight. But, I am sure kettle corn is better than a loaded candy bar!

Well, it's coated in sugar. I wouldn't be surprised if the pre-made stuff in the grocery store is also laden with high fructose corn syrup and perservatives.

I eat natural air popped popcorn because it's healthier and I find it to be much yummier. I top it with some natural Smart Balance spread. I don't even do microwave popcorn. Even the "natural" stuff I've found has had unrecognizeable stuff in the ingredients list and partially hydrogenated oils (not natural). Ick. Not to mention the chemicals in the bag to "cook" the popcorn. Ugh.
