I'm 14 now, when I was 11 I slipped and landed on my hand and bent it back pretty far. I went to a hospital and they said everything was fine. It normally hurts around once every 2-3 months, but only during the summer.

Humidity causes it to ache. You know how older people say they can feel that is about to rain or when its about to be humid? Thats because they have arthritis You should go to the doctor and tell them. They may put on a prescription pill called celebrex (unless it was taking off the market). Go to the doctor, because I think that is what it is. I have spranged my wrists several times, so I know the feeling. I just deal with it now, but don't you do so cause it could become

You may need to see a physical therapist.
They will give you some exercises to do that will help strengthen those muscles and eventually lesson the pain.
Get some x-rays done to make sure there's nothing wrong with the bones themselves first.
Make sure you get plenty of water to keep the connective tissue good and lubricated. If you're dehydrated, it causes all sorts of things to get worse.
For the short term, try taking Aleve (generic is Naproxem Sodium) and if that stops working, after a few days, try switching to either tylenol or ibuprofin.
Remember, pain is your body's way of saying "HEY! YOU! SOMETHING'S NOT RIGHT HERE!!"
If it hurts, and won't stop, don't let your doctor take one glance at it and say (just because it's not swollen) "Oh, it *looks* fine!"
Looks is the keyword there. Get an X-Ray to make sure.
I hope you can find out what's wrong!

Stop bending it.

No, seriously. Don't push it. It will take awhile to heal and may give you pain once in a while for a long time. That's just the way some injuries are.
