I worked for Toyota in the late 80's and early 90's. I worked for Toyota Financial Services. It's fast paced, reasonably rewarding, stressful and demanding. The management is good to better than good. You get paid well and they have good benefits.

Something tells me you are interviewing at a dealership, which is NOT the corporation. You need to know that before you accept the job.

Doesn't it feel great to give you time away to a foreign company that doesn't pay their workers healthcare or social security or even enough money to buy one of their own cars?
