We will never be worthy in ourselves - that is why Christ had to be the ultimate sacrifice for sin.

Life for the Christian is a joyful and sometimes arduous adventure from earth to the Kingdom of Heaven with the idea of loving and serving God and bringing honor and glory to Him in what we do, say and think.

It is falling and getting up and growing stronger and stronger through our relationship with God and other Christians and even growing through our association with non-believers who challenge our faith. It is commitment in a world that is very non-committal. It is Holiness in a world that is evil. It is being different because Christ was different, and being rejected because Christ was rejected. It is being a student of God's Word and taught by His Holy Spirit to become as powerful and uncompromising as you can be while loving and respecting others in spite of what they believe or how they treat you. It is millions of little things and a few major things and dealing with attitudes and motives in your life. It is the most thorough work that will ever be done in anyone in this life or the life to come, and the rewards are out of this world.

For more information pray, pray, pray, pray, and pray without ceasing. Study, study, study, study and study the Bible more and more so that it becomes so much a part of you that it flows out of you like water over a waterfall.

Never be contented where you are at and always try your very best to go deeper and deeper with God. When you have done your best, God will do the rest.

Yes our time here on earth is a testing ground for us.Also no one is worthy to enter heaven it is only thru the love and grace and power of Jesus Christ that people can enter heaven we must follow the will of our heavenly Father(GOD) and I know that it is tough but if we keep our faith and do God's will and allow him into our lives we will enter heaven and become co-reigners with Jesus Christ.

The bible says: the just shall live by faith - our faith in Christ is is and will continue to be a challenge to the enemy, the adversary, the snake, and all who will oppose our relationship with Christ. If Jesus had challenges with the Pharisees, the Saducces, and satan - what about the christians? The scripture said we're not greater than our master, so, if Jesus had to suffer (tested) so will the christians that are obedient to Him. I Peter 4:12-16 says:
12). Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:
13). But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.
14). If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.
15). But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters.
16). Yet if any man SUFFER AS A CHRISTIAN, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.
Also, we must realize that we are an overcomer in Christ for He will never leave us or forsake. We are to enjoy life here on earth - though we know it's temporary because heaven is our home. Enjoy praising, worshipping the saviour, clean wholesome fun - wtinessing, sharing our faith with others some will recieve you and some will reject like they did Jesus.
Everyday we must live as if He's coming today - so let us work out our soul salvation with fear and trembling.

The bible states that none of us are worthly of entering Heaven.

If we were, we wouldnt have needed Jesus CHrists sacrifice.

So, no , life is not a long test. It is a time to be enjoyed and a time given to us to make a choice, eternal life with God or eternal life in the fires of Hell.

All will be restored in the end, heaven and earth will be new, and we will once again be in communion with God.

We are to live and do our best. We aren't perfect. We aren't worthy of Heaven on our own. That's why we need Jesus. He wants us to be happy and enjoy it while we're here (sans sinning). But we treat Earth like an apartment before owning a home. It is only temporary ("Everything is temporary!" - Moonstruck)

Jesus tells us in John 16, that we live in a world full of trouble.

That will continue until the day He returns.

Trials on earth are to draw us nearer to the Lord; relying on Him for what we need.

As for "worthy." None of us are worthy and that is why the living God sent His Son, Jesus Christ. He came to save us. That is why He gives us grace and mercy.

Salvation is a free gift, anyone that wants it can have it. We can not earn it. You can't earn a gift.

Peace and grace to you!

(Hope that helps!)

The only way to get into heaven is to accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. Life on earth is meant to be spent preparing for eternity with God. We are to serve him by serving others, worship him, etc.

No. Life on earth is not a test. We are here to choose who we will serve/follow. If we choose ourselves, we will be turned over to ourselves and away from God. If God/Christ, we will abide in God's presence. After we have made that choice is when we start making decisions about *how* we live our lives.

Life on earth is your chance to put your love for the Lord into action by serving your neighbor. Be Christ's voice, be His hands, be His heart, be His bank account and do something to show His love to others.
