Usually, I would have a politely rude comment for someone. But in this case, I think she deserves to receive what she puts out!

I myself would move swiftly away from her. It is not healthy for a small child to hear people yelling at their loved ones.
If you were alone or even not, you might point out that it is a free country and you are allowed to believe anyway you wish.
It is none of her concern. What you believe or don't

Well maybe you need to tell your nephew ahead of time that people like that dont listen to reason and sometimes you have to be rude to people in order to get them to back off.
Given that and she is there and starts her yapping I would basically tell her to "Go F herself"

I wouldn't worry about it. In fact I wouldn't say anything. If she comes up to just walk away it will make her look dumb when people are staring and looking at her.
That was very rude of her either way.
