No, no, and NO! I wish you young girls would stop looking for the easy way out! There isn't one. And this one especially can be dangerous because it is a diuretic (meaning it empty's the body of fluids) ... and several ingredients in these teas have been shown to cause kidney failure and liver failure. This product will only rid you of short term water weight ... it will never solve the problem like a healthy diet and exercise will.
You must get it into your head now - at 14 - that there's no "quick" fix to losing weight that will last. It will only hurt your body and cause damage ~ that sometimes is irreparable. The best way to keep weight off is to exercise (even for just 30 minutes) at least 5 times a week (you will need more if you are very heavy). Walking is THE safest and best form of exercise.
Also, drinking 64 ounces of water a day (which also helps your skin and joints), eating LOTS of veggies and fruits, and eating VERY little of red meat and high fat foods (like fast food, butter, and white bread). Here is a great link for you to check out ...

It is NOT safe especially in people your age. It contains a string DANGEROUS stimulant that HAS CAUSED DEATH. Just because somethinsg for sale doesnt make it good for you, or even safe

the best exercise is drop teh fork...dont starve you must eat , but dont go back for teh second helping and ease up snacking.
Drink water before meals and all day long - its good for everyone- and it will help make you feel full
dont eat until your stuffed, t tales about 20 mins for your brain to know youre actually full
exercise, eat properly and dont overeat and youll not only lose weight you;; do it properly and be healthy

I've used it before. It's called Chinese Slim Tea. It works as a laxative. It really works. Every time I drink it I loose about 2-3 lbs, so it's good to manage your weight. However when you drink it the first time you will get a very bad stomachache, but when you drink it regularly, you'll be fine. I live in Southern Cali, and I buy it from an Arab store.It's safe, I've been drinking it for years, and it's also caffeine free. It's not pricey either. It's between 2-4$.

Not sure which tea diet you want but all you have to do is start drinking some green tea which you can buy at the grocery store!! Drink a couple of glasses a day!!
Green tea boosts your metabolism and gives you energy!!
Don't waste your money on fancy "diet tea" fad!!

No tea alone will help you lose weight. That's the problem. It "helps" but only if you are exercising and eating properly.

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup
