I'm an average weight girl, but I have really fat thighs and legs. Do you know any exercises or sports to make them thinner? My stomach is kind of big, too, so I need help on that too. My arms are really thin, somehow. THANKS FOR HELPING ME!

You should walk alot and get a thigh master. I have the same problem I noticed a difference when I was walking regularly but since I have stopped i'm gaining again. The master is good for burning calories and tightening the thigh muscle which will cause the fat to burn off.

Walking is good for exercising the legs. It helps the stomach also.

Walk and run and if you can get access to a gym do anything with weights for that area.
