I dont have the passport from my country. Can I use the US's re-entry permit to get VISA Stamps on it so that I can travel internationally?
Thanks you very much.

BAD ANSWERS, ALL THREE OF YOU!

The correct answer is YES! If you are stateless and your country will not give you a passport, the reentry permit is definitely your only option.

Just make sure you have not abandoned your U.S. residence, and that the reentry permit has not expired when you travel. You can use it just like a regular passport, as it tells the foreign governments that you are able to reenter the United States. That is why it has this name.

The many pages are for visas and entry and exit stamps, just like a passport. Have fun and don't listen to the first three answers above.

Call the CIS office that issued your reentry permit if you do not trust my answer. I can assure you it is 100% correct.
