Definitely BAD! The Thresher went down with all hands back in the 60's not because it couldn't blow it's ballast tanks, but because it was a turkey sub.

Turkey subs( it depends on what u put on it, If you pile a lot of other indigents Mayo,hot peppers.onions/cheese. U do the math 2 much of any good thing could bad 4 u.....

As opposed to what? Other subs with fatty meats like salami are not as good for you. But a lot depends on what else you put on them. Cheese, oil, mayo, etc. all add fat and calories. Even the type of roll can change the nutritional value.

It depends if it's the cold cuts kind of turkey. If it is, it's not the healthiest thing to always eat. My mom told me that eating too much cold cuts, hot dogs, bacon, etc. can cause stomach cancer. I bring sandwiches for luch everyday with ham, turkey, or roast beef. she would always tell me to eat something else because she is worried that if I too much then I will get stomach cancer.

no.... i believe they're the healthiest sub choice you can make. just as long as the turkey is the roasted turkey and not the deli sliced type of turkey. deli sliced is still processed and probably has alot of preservatives.

yes, they are bad. If you are getting a sub from anywhere the turkey is loaded with sodium

No, absolutely not, all poultry meats are exalt for our bodies, they are less in fat and contain less calories then all other meats.
Except for sea foods and fish, they are good for you to, its the stuff you add to them that is bad for your health.
So yes turkey sub are very good for you it the bread that isn't if your watching your waist line.

Turkey subs are actually pretty healthy. Makae sure you don't load it with mayo or even too much mustard.

not at all. it's probably the best kind of sub for u. the bread is the only bad part.
