I wanna know If I ate healthy yesterday for dinner, I cooked. I ate lean chicken breast, with brown rice, red peppers and green peppers, with soy sauce, carrots, a little tiny bit of olive oil, like a tsp of worcestshire sauce and teriakiy and i seasoned the chicken with seasonings that werent salts.

Soy sauce isn't that good for you (all the sodium) but if you didn't eat other salty foods yesterday then it's okay. That sounds like a healthy dinner!

It may have been a little heavy on the sodium, (soy sauce, worcestshire sauce and teriaki all are high sodium) but other than that you did great!
