Last week I had a dream that I saw a horrible plane crash, and just last night I dreamt I was trapped in a house and there were terrible tornadoes all around me. The dreams were very vivid and detailed! I woke up in a sweat, thinking that they really happened!

Some background information about myself - I am 5 months pregnant and also getting married next week. Are these dreams forecasting anything for me?

Wow, sounds like those were rough nights! Dreams are often metaphoric demonstrations of what is buried in our psyche.

Both of your dreams contain images that denote a serious disturbance in your life and your self image. Given that you are in the middle of two VERY stressful, life changing events this is not surprising.

You would be well advised to confront the stresses you have with your upcoming nuptials and discuss them with your fiance. Also - remember that your hormones are really going crazy right now. You are experiencing changes in your body chemistry that you have no control over, be patient with yourself! Take some time each day to reflect on what is going on in your life and to communicate with the people around you. Let them know how you feel, it will help!

Most dreams are about how we feel not about what happens in the dream. A wedding is VERY stressful and being pregnant on top of it would make me crazy!! I would take some relaxation time. If you have the money I would go to a spa or something and just really relax. At day spa's they have package deals that are usually pretty awesome. For the baby's sake and for yours - you need to find a way to unwind.

Another thing could be that you are questioning your decisions. Make sure you are making the right decision for the right reasons.

There's a free website that's pretty awesome about explaining dreams to you. Mostly you just look up the item in your dream and it will tell you what it means.

Your dream could be from the God warning you about future events to come. I have heard alot of people lately talk about the same kind of dreams involving planes and tornadoes. My pastor had a dream about a plane crashing and later that week, one crashed in city. As for tornadoes, they are often symbolic of the judgement of God coming. I have had plenty of dreams about tornadoes. They represent chaos and destruction. So, make sure your life is right with Jesus Christ. God bless.

I don't think they are "forecasting" anything for you.
But I do think it's something that is on your mind.
So when you go to sleep it's what is on your conscious.
Not so much about a plane crash or tornado but just scared of what the future will bring for you.
Just my thought :)

I've had the plane crash dreams on numerous occasions. Nothing ever happened. I wouldn't take them seriously.

Dr. Theo Clemets in a 2004 study found that people who have dreams of a "closed space" nature are 67% more likely to die in their sleep. Is it possible that your child has died and you don't know it? Maybe you were connecting to its dreams.
