I rarely ever dream..I just sleep and wake up. Last night I had a dream that was good and I want to be able to dream more, I like it! =) Is it possible to do anything (be it daily activity, etc) to increase the chances of dreaming?

Most everyone dreams several times a nite its just remembering them that is difficult for you. Keep something to write on beside your bed and when you wake up dont just jump out of bed wait there and see if you remember something. It will take time but you can begin to remember.

Everybody dreams every night, multiple dreams. We just don't remember them, most of the time.
As the first answer already says, write down your dream immediately after you wake up. Two minutes later, it could already be forgotten.

What makes me dream more vividly, (or makes me remember them anyway), is if I sleep in a new place. At a friends house, in a hotel, etc. Sometimes it's enough to just turn around in my own bed, so I sleep with my head where I usually have my feet, or if I sleep on my couch.

Don't go to bed drunk or high. That will make you just pass out, and not really sleep, thus definitely no dreams.

Dream on ... !

You dont need a journal or anything like that!! All you need is your mind. try this: Before you go to sleep, lay down in your bed and close your eyes. Imagine a fantasy or a scenery of something you like/enjoy. Then imagine like you're the main character and there are others there. Then open your eyes and stay in character. Try talking out loud! This may seem crazy, but it works! good luck!!!

When you DO dream, write down what your dream was in a dream journal. Your dream memory will improve because of it. Everybody dreams every night, but most dreams are quickly forgotten.
