Long live (same meaning as 'viva')
It's also a conjugation of the verb 'arribar' -'to arrive'- third person singular or the formal 'you' form (usted), present indicative ("él/ella/usted arriba")
It's also the imperative of the second person singular of the verb 'arribar': "arriba (tú)"

In general, up or above, as people have said. It is also used in the same way as sort of "Onward and upward! Get going!" etc.

Up or above (arriba de). It's not arrÃba, it's arriba. It's also get up or stand up as a rally cry or command.
