A summary of Catholic beliefs is contained in the Nicene Creed (from the year 325):
We believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all that is seen and unseen.
We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, one in being with the Father. Through Him all things were made. For us and our salvation He came down from heaven: by the power of the Holy Spirit, He was born of the Virgin Mary, and became man. For our sake He was crucified under Pontius Pilate; He suffered, died, and was buried. On the third day He rose again in fulfillment of the scriptures: He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son. With the Father and the Son, He is worshiped and glorified. He has spoken through the Prophets. We believe in one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church. We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins. We look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen.

I'm not sure exactly what you want but i guess i'll scracth the surface a little. here goes.
I believe that God wants us to love everyone, we are not here to condemn, judge or hate. everyone is valuable beyond measure solely for the fact that God created them out of love and therefore everyone deserves our respect.
I believe that there is always hope. no matter how bad things are God still loves us and we never know how the suffering we endure could be manifested in goodness and joy for others and for our selves eventually. everything happens for a reason. Romans 8:28 "we know all things work for good for those who love God."
I believe that God is endlessly merciful and loving and despite all the crap i've done he will continue to love me unconditionally, and in return for his love I am going to be the best person i can be and, hopefully, by doing that i can help other people feel loved and respected.

Well, I believe in the soul, the cock, the pussy, the small of a woman's back, the hanging curve ball, high fiber, good scotch, that the novels of Susan Sontag are self-indulgent, overrated crap. I believe Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone. I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing Astroturf and the designated hitter. I believe in the sweet spot, soft-core pornography, opening your presents Christmas morning rather than Christmas Eve and I believe in long, slow, deep, soft, wet kisses that last three days.

Everyone else goes to hell, where the loving god has decided that they should spend eternity, due to their using their free will a little too freely.
