That's 13.6mph, I would say that is pretty good. If on a track, you would cover approx 360 metres in that time period.

That would mean on a track you would have covered 366 m in that minute. That would mean a time of over 30 seconds for the 200 m or 15 seconds for the 100m. I could have done that when I was 12.

Olympic level athletes can do the 100 meter in about 10-12 seconds (world record is nine point something seconds). So Olympic level athletes can do about 36 kmph for short sprints.

thats not bad but probably wouldnt get you a medal at any races... that put you at about about a 66 second 400...

without training, many people would be able to do this

(probably 95% of the men's track team at my highschool can run that)

if your a female, thats a pretty good time
