This one's easy! Use weather.com's wedding planner to get the sunset time for that zip code AND the end of civil twilight. It's awesome!

ask your photographer how long it usually takes to take the pictures then look up online what time the sun sets in november on your wedding day and then decide from there you might have to take the pictures before the wedding depending on what time the sunsets and if you dont want there to be a lot of time between the wedding and reception here is a website that will tell you what time the sun sets

A professional photographer won't have any trouble taking pictures outside under any light conditions. If you want daytime pictures then for sure take them as early as possible because it starts getting dark early in November. However in PA you might want to worry more about the weather in November. It will be the rain that can ruin the outside pictures.

You can google it-plan to take pictures about one hour before sunset!
I had a 5:30 wedding, and the sunset in Vegas was at 7:42 that night, so our picture turned out gorgeous because of the soft lighting.
If the sunsets early in PA, arrange the time of your pictures around the sunset. www.weather.com

You'll need to get your pictures done around 5 at the latest. It starts to get dark around 5, 5:30 in the fall/winter.
That will give you about 30 min of decent light and get to the reception around 6. If you have some leaway... start your pictures around 4:30.

Depending on how many pictures you are taking, start 30 mins to an hour before the sun sets. Discuss it with your photographer, they may be prepared for low-light/sunset shots. Best wishes!

Your local hired photographer should know if they are worth anything. If you do not have a hired one, I live in Central time zone, it would be about 3:30-4:00PM, probably the same there

It depends on your location. Talk to your photographer. They should be able to make some recommendations.
