95 mph when it hits the speed governor, unless someone used a programmer to change the PCM settings.

Are the passengers in it? It would be pretty cool to see someone put propane injection in one of those. But I doubt it can break 100 especially with its lack of aerodynamics. And those things aren't built for speed.

97 mph per limiter set by ford. no reason to go faster ford thought kinda fast for a big van would take forever to stop it.

Fast enough to break the speed limit in any state in the U.S.A., and get you a speeding ticket, or, get you free room and board at a local jail.
