I recently lost about 10 lbs I already jog at least 2 miles everyday and do crunches ( I find that sit ups hurt my back)I have alway worked out my arms and can bench 100 lbs yet my arms lack definition also what else can I do and how long will it take to get a defined shape?

You seem to be about the (so called) ideal weight for a women which is supposed to be 5lbs for every inch over 5ft.
I dont think weight is your issue. To get definition you need to eat healthier (not less) healthier and work the parts of the body that you want defined. Losing 10lbs will not make someone ripped especially if it is a recent weight loss. To get defined you need to "bring-out" or add muscle to the target areas. Being thin alone will not do it. I have seen many thin people who are not defined.

Try Windsor Pilates - they tone up everything, and strengthen your back [ probably why your back hurts - get it in shape
now, before it gets worse! ]
You will notice improvement in a few weeks, but others will notice a lot in 2 months, since you are already at a very good weight!

Your weight it good! To get a stomach that looks "ripped" you have to do a lot of exercises that work your stomach muscles - no other way
