I have heard horror stories about this drug causing people to have horrible accidents and side effects, but I have been on it about a week, and absolutely nothing like that at all. Nothing has changed in that area at all. I have heard people say there is a lot of oil in the toilet when they use the bathroom, but I don't have that at all. I know people might say I'm lucky for not having any ill side effects, but I worry if it's even working. I keep my meals around 15 grams of fat each, but I'm seriously thinking of eating a fatty meal, just to see if it has any effects on me, atleast I would know it was working!!! Please, I would love to hear some advice and experiences from people who have taken alli. PLEASE DO NOT COMMENT IF YOU ARE ADVERTISING SOMETHING!!!

Well, since you are eating a low fat diet already you are not going to have that build up of oil at the end. the drug binds the oil together so you don't absorb it. If you have a high fat diet I am sure that that will happen to you. Since your diet is a small amount of fat it most likely won't happen to you. good Luck.

When I eat low fat meals all day, I don't have a problem either. It is when I eat all my grams of fat in one meal that I end up with problems.

I would take the lack of side effect as a good sign.

Keep in mind that everyones body is a little different. Some will have side effects even with following the diet, others won't.

Eating foods high in fat, and greasy foods will make you sick. I had no problem with it if I ate really healthy. But I ate Fried chicken and it made me sick for hours and a lot of cramping.
