Carlsberg - not imported. Budweiser - not imported (Budvar is, but not Busweiser. Cobra - not imported - all are brewed 'under licence' in the UK, making them little less interesting than the standard UK lagers. The best lagers are those imported from their original country of origin, as using the right water in the recipe is absolutely critical. herrold dark from the Czech Republic (the only reason to enter Wetherspoons) and Paulaner Dunkel are both cracking beers as is Kuppers Kolsch pilsner.

Great choice Suzy C. but I am going with Budvar the original Budweiser from the Czech republic.

I'm gonna go with Warsteiner, imported into US from Germany and only in 11.2 oz bottles but still a great beer. The Dunkel is pretty good too

Kingfisher you can get it in sainsbury it is from India really nice, God I could just drink one now, best drunk on a lovely beach in Goa watching the sunset.

furstenberg from germany, budvar from the czech republic, amstel from holland. kingfisher is not imported it's brewed under license by shepard neame .cobra and kirin are brewed by wells.
