ok simple xplanation you know if u hold your pee like at night then you wake up with pain in your abdomen because of that then you fell like peeing right? well i have kinda the same pain but no pee like its not even a long streem does eny one know wat it might be?

It is easily treated with antibiotics.
Drink plenty of water, cranberry juice is also really good.
