k well im 14. im about 5'9 and 140 pounds. i think im slim. im not fat but no paris hilton either. im about average.

my goal is to loose 20 pounds. i tried not eating for 2 days but the third day i cracked and had a bowl of cereal

how can i loose 20 pounds in 2 months?

how can i loose weight without starving myself.

i can really not eat if i wanted but i know it can cause serious health problems

im just angry when some poeple tell me i need to loose weight. i swar i think there gonna make me become anoerxic :(

Breakfast - 1 hard boil egg, 1 slice of whole wheat bread (no butter), 1 8oz glass of cranberry Juice.

Lunch - 1 bowl of soup (any soup), Fruit, 1 8oz glass of water

Dinner - 1 bowl of cereal (Special K) or cottage cheese, 1 8oz of water

Snacks - FRUIT, FRUIT, WATER, WATER, WATER & more WATER

Do this for 2 months and you will defitnely lose those 20 pounds(even more) But don't forget to exercise. As you lose weight, your skin will start to loosen up, you need to do exercise to keep your skin tight!! Hope this helps. You must be determined to lose the weight, you cannot cheat on this!!!! You will only be cheating yourself. One last thing - GOOD LUCK!!!!!

You don't need to lose 20 pounds - you are at almost 21% body fat, or BMI, and normal is about 20 to 23.
You might feel you need to shape up, however, and the best way to do that is a healthy diet, enough sleep, and enough of the right kind of exercise.
You need:
1] 3 servings of lean protein a day [ size of your palm for meat, fish; 1 egg; 1" square of cheese ]
3 servings of low fat dairy a day [ read package for serving size ]
3 servings of whole grain bread, cereal, rice, or pasta [read
package ]
3 servings of vegetables [ size of fist ]
2 fruits
2] take a multivitamin with minerals every day
3] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
4] avoid fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food
5] do 30" of cardiac exercise 6 x a week to lose weight, 3 x a week to maintain [ walk, dance, bike, swim, run ]
6] do 3 sets each of 10 reps of pushups, situps, obliques, and crunches
7] as you get better, add weight with soup cans, then larger cans, etc.

When you don't eat like that your body goes into starvation mode and actually stores fat cause it doesn't know when it's gonna get more nutrition. Never skip a meal. Studies show that people who eat breakfast, and all other meals, actually way less. 140lbs for a 5'9 women is the ideal weight. I am 23, 5'7 and I am 130lbs. I'm sure you look great, you don't need to lose any weight. Just eat healthy foods and work out, tone up and you'll appear thinner. Don't stop eating.

starving yourself is not going to work. but being average is fine. to lose weight u should stay away from fats like soda and fast food and stick to fruits and vegetables. but be careful some veggies have natrual sugar. make sure there is no sugar in what ur eating. make smaller portions of what u eat. and whenever u want a snack drink a very big glass of water. if u don't want to do that u can drink 5-6 gallons of water a day to lose weight to.

First of all you sound pretty slim already...but if your going to do it....do it healthy.

Organic, Unrefined, Virgin Coconut Oil (probably have to get it at like Sun Harvest or a health food store)
Take one tablespoon in morning and late afternoon...suggests you take for 30 days...

Well... you know what?? I am 12 and I weight 140! I need to loose some weight but I'm not starving myself! That's just stupid and idiotic! Paris Hilton is a moron and SHE'S anorexic! YOU ARE FINE!!! YOU DON'T NEED TO LOOSE ANY WEIGHT! If you really want to! Just eat healthier and stop starving yourself or else you're gonna die! And besides..... you need to eat to loose weight!

Kare u happy with ur weight. u don't need to be paris she's useless. but try eating smaller portions and lots of fruits and veggies , drink lots of water and u gotta gotta exercise especially weights and aerobics . give urself 3 months instead of 2. u can do it . in the meantime tell people who tell u to lose weight to shut up.

You shouldn't do Crash diets they are harmful to your body. You arent fat you are a good size and Height if you ask me. YOu don't need to loose any weight. It could really have an adverse affect on you body.

That doesn't sound like your too overweight to me. Not eating is the worst thing you can do. It lowers your metabolism and makes losing weight that much harder.

for your height 120 is thin
