I have very tiny pores on my nose, especially the bridge. I have these very tiny blackheads on my nose. I have tried everything to get them out or to clear them up except for squeezing them. I don't need scars. Is there a good cleanser that has worked for anyone? The rest of my face is fine. Its just these tiny pores on my nose.

I have tried all those strip products to no avail.

Could you suggest a brand?

I love the products by Arbonne - but skin care is individual the wash, toner and serums all help -
so find a pure and natural regime - and a toner helps tighten up the pores - and get residual dirt off even if the soap didn't

You can take a hot compress to your face before washing it
heat in micro for double warmth and proceed with a regime.
Then do a weekly deep cleaning (heated) mask for black heads. Also twice a week (both done on a clean face)
exfoliate - it should offer up some cell turn over.
Don't pick, but you can (after the heated compress) gently push your nose upward.

First of all do not attempt to remove the blackheads as you did because the result is actually this "crater" you are concerned about. try to get a cream called Retin A 0,05% and apply it at bedtime 40 minutes after washing your face (to entire face, not close to eyes). do this for at least 2 months. There should be an overall improvement on the blackheads, but the crater might just remain... If this does not work, you better visit your dermatologist.

I have used a blackhead remover in the past on tiny as well as larger blocked pores. This simple instrument successfully cleared all mine and did not leave scars. Marks left disappeared within 12 hours. Chemists/pharmacists sell them but I'm sure you know this.

Too many gurus about acne and pimples.

I Dont believe those commercialized medicine that acne will dissapear by treatment. You have to physically remove the stuff or else it will stay there. I gently scrape it with my fingernail to see if it will come out. I also squeeze it gently for last resort. That is the only way to get rid of it. I clean it afterward with soap and water.

I don't squeeze too hard or overdo it to avoid swelling.
