Well, first of all, if you're sleeping I think you should keep your doors locked. Second, it's possible he may not remember what happened, if he was drunk enough to be running around the neighborhood naked. Just act as if nothing has happened. If he does remember, it would be mean (though funny) to tease him. If he doesn't remember, he won't get the joke anyway.

Tell him hello, and give him an empathetic smile. He is no doubt embarassed. Ask him 'How's life?' casually, and tell him 'Take care' as you leave. You can laugh to yourself about it when you are alone, that would be the proper etiquitte.
p.s. you might make a non ridiculing joke about the incident with him if you and he are comfortable. That would lighten things up.

Change nothing. Act as though nothing has changed. You have seen him naked, but he was irresponsible while drunk. You have nothing to be ashamed about, so treat him as you did before the "incident". But be sure to have a giggle or two about his bare behind... not in his presence, of course!

I would probably laugh, but I'm a little confused.....where was he when he got naked? He must have been outside if he confused the homes......I might be concerned about that....

Wave politely, make some small talk, and laugh in your brain as he tries to slink away without being noticed.

As long as it remains an isolated incident, it would be okay to pretend it never happened. But do not ever trust this person, and for crying out loud, KEEP YOUR DOORS LOCKED!!!!!

Say "how do you do" and leave it at that.
If he says he's sorry, accept his apologies with a smile.
Suggest your friend lock her doors from now on.

How about you treat him like you did before the incident?
It's not like he raped your dog, or pooped on your doorstep.
He got drunk and did something amusingly stupid.
Big woop.

Just wave and say "Hi Pee Wee." If he remembers he will be properly shamed. If not, it will add mystery to your neighborhood. LOL
