I am going to a wedding in August, it is at 3pm with a fancy dinner/reception afterwards. She said it is semi-formal. Any good ideas where I can get a nice, elegant, non clevage showing dress to wear for under 75 bucks?

You can always get a simple black dress and dress it up with jewery and a cute pair of strappy heels...Im sure u can get a cheap one anywhere..Mandees or even a Macys for under 75

I know Old Navy has some cute dresses right now on sale. I would get one of those and then put a cardigan over it.
My wedding is also in August and it's in the afternoon with a semi-formal dinner afterwards (do I know you?!?!?!) and I don't expect anyone to wear a ball gown but I also would be a little sad to see people in jeans. When you find that perfect outfit, you'll know. :)

wear a simple cocktail dress..nothing too fancy but elegant..also remember NEVER to wear white because that will take away from the bride and that is rude.. try going to the store deb
