The summer so far has been pretty crap in many parts of the UK but it's just one single summer in one single country. Across on the continent they're experiencing a heatwave. The US is experiencing mixed up weather with some places cold at the moment whilst others are setting new temperature records.
But these are just weather events - they're short term and specific to one country or area. If it continued like this for the next 5 or 10 years or was the same across the world then it would be reasonable to point the finger at global warming.
As you'll be only too well aware, the UK has recently had the worst flooding in it's history and the highest ever rainfall, global warming may have had a part to play but it would be unrealistic to lay the blame solely on global warming.
The good news is that the rain is set to ease off over the weekend and next week should be brighter, drier and warmer. Let's hope so.

I live in the northern US and last night I had to put on a heavy blanket and I mean down right cool.

Yes i do not believe its just a wet summer,part the natural weather cycle..The chickens coming home to roost..

No I believe it is a natural cycle we are going through but we are accelerating it, so in answer to your question no not totally.
