I'm 16 going to 17. i'm 173 lbs. I have a month before a take my senior pictures and I need to look my best!! Please help!!!

Hmm. I think you can lose 1-3 pounds a week max. Trying to lose that much in a month would be very difficult. Try running or biking an hour a day, which burns around 650 calories an hour - this is enough to burn you about a pound a week. Make sure to consume 1,500-2,000 calories a day as you normally would and you should shed the pounds fine.

It's very hard to lose 30 pounds in a month, but still go for your goal, but give yourself more time. And most of all, don't give up!

i would say stay away from fads and gimmicks. run, swim, jump rope. maybe set a calmer goal like 15 pouds instead of 30 which is a lot

Stick your finger down your throat after every meal. just be sure to brush your teeth right after and take nutritional supplements to make up for the food your not keeping in your stomach. good luck

Losing that much weight so fast will not make you good! Be careful and do it slowly.
