"If so, where?"
That's a guess, and it's based upon certain things that point to that cluster here on Earth. I don't care to go into them right now.
"Does God exist in regular spacetime?"
I think that God does exist in 'regular spacetime.' I base my opinion on things like this:
Matthew 16:19
I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven."
To me, that means that there is an interactive response both here on Earth and there in Heaven.
"What happens to the atoms he displaces when he enters our space-time continuum?"
Well, that means nothing to Him. It might with other things; Like if science figured out how to materialize things where they weren't before there is an expected effect called 'molecular displacement'. I see the sense in believing in the molecular displacement effect, but apparently it didn't mean anything to god. He orders the way things work in this case:
John 20
26 A week later his disciples were in the house again, and Thomas was with them. Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, "Peace be with you!"
There was no reported concussion, impact, or any other violent phenomenon according to any of the Gospels, neither here or when Jesus left the tomb through the rock that surrounded him.
So in essence I am saying that God isn't subject to the theories of men, neither is He bridled by the physical world.

regularly he and she take bodies of human parents and this is called an incarnation then. there are ten basic "avataras" coming in cycles, thus following an evolution-like order of succesion. some of them appear on earth on predifined places, like the kalki-avatara, who is going to be born in shambala, tibet. others unfold their divine pastures on the heavenly planets, others on the hellish ones even. this is clearly described.
on other, very rare occasions, he and she come just passing by from svetadvip, which is his/her personal planet in this universe. this happens just in cases of great emergency, as to save the elephant gajendra from the crocodiles bite, as described in srimad bhagavatam. besides that, he and she are the "soul" of any atom anywhere and anytime. in this function he and she are called the "universal soul". moreover, he and she have their eternal domain in the spiritual world, which is beyond time and space. brilliant question!

Of course god doesn't "exist" in regular four dimensional space/time... that is his sandbox.

I don't know the answer to your questions.
If I knew I would tell you.
If you want to re-phrase by asking my belief on it...
I'll tell you that, too. :-D
