This guy I like told me he likes me I've already done evrything to flirt with him and now he is flirting with other girls in front of me but when he does he looks at me straight in the eye and when I dont look at him he'll shout out my name untill I look at him he also says things like were not going out yet

He's immature, so move on. You could also justt ignore him and turn away so that he knows what it's like to get jerked around. Flirt with some other guys. Have fun and tell him to get lost.
Or you can be mature and just ignore him until he grows up.

This guy is a control freak! He sounds like someone who would come after you if he realized that you are not interested in him.
Depends on your personality (if you like this sort of behavior,) but break this hold he has on you already. Do it delicately---you don't want to hurt HIS feelings.

well don't let him know it bothers you pretend it don't and you start paying some other guys attention and if he comes running fine but if he don't that means he really wasn't interested anyways.....good luck
