The family dog ate the cash from her purse.
She had to go thru the dog pile and its vomit to recover her lost money... $400 of the $750....
That's the news item. I am not making this up.

Will you do it if it is just to recover money?

I say yuck.......what do you you think?

Heck ya! It's not the most pleasant of things but hands can be washed or rather scrubbed after wards even wearing gloves. That's a lot of money to me, would pay a few bills. I couldn't afford not to.They say this about babies and it's the same for dogs as well. When they're your own it's easier to clean up after them. If a stray leaves presents in my yard I gag but when it's my own I'm alright.

However, how exactly would you clean the money afterwards and would you warn the person you're handing the money to after buying something? Every one knows to wash after handling money but those people really need to lather up!

been there, done that. and for a lot less than $400!! My dog ate about $100. I watched his poo for a couple of days and found it. Not the whole bill in one piece but a couple of big pieces. I used rubber gloves and washed it with soap. No big deal.

Maybe if I had rubber gloves! Although, $750 is a lot of money. My question for her is "How did the dog get the money to start with???"

For $750, I might be tempted to do a little sifting, but ONLY with rubber gloves on!

I'd get rubber gloves, something to cover my nose, I'd pick up the poop, put it in a strainer, pour water over it (outside of course) and clean the money at the same time.
