Some people just get pleasure from manipulating (or trying to) others or their emotions. Since she is your ex, there should be nothing to be jealous about...wish her well and move on.

perhaps she still has a thing for you. people tend to do that when they were the one to get dumped. she may even be feeling rejected or a bit insecure. but who cares? you said she's your ex, right? so ignore it and move on unless of course you still have a thing for her. in that case, the two of you need to quit playing games and hook up! good luck!
