I'm very tiny, 5feet 95 pounds, so this fills me up by the end of the day.

You need more protein, especially at dinner, which is too sparse, and lacking fiber as well. How large atre the toasts, too, BTW? While peanut butter is good for you, it's still no substitute for extra nutrients that you can't get with the grapes (good, but high in sugar; use as a snack), and the yellow steamed corn (high in sugar carbs, low fiber). The breakfast is good, though personally I would also add an egg or egg white for some extra protein, since the skim milk will not be enough. For lunch, I would add some salad, perhaps some spinach, to add iron as well as fiber.

Other than that, it's a good start.

I would be starving by the end of the day! Dinner sounds almost like a large snack to me. I wouldn't eat it for a snack obviously but it's so tiny! I barely see any dairy except breakfast. Try some lowfat or fatfree cheese with lunch or something. And maybe a small cup of orange juice at breakfast? Keep using whole grains but maybe instead of fruit at dinner try a salad with light dressing or maybe some brown rice.

Just make sure eggs are in there a couple times a week for iron, and thats low on the milk don't ya think. I hate charlie horses, and my bod does this when I skim the milk (which I don't like) but then also my feet hurt also if I'm not drinking 2 glasses a day.

Sound like you are not hungry or you've never been so hungry!
Eat anything that is there! Many people across the world are still looking for piece of bread to eat! and some people start to think what to eat next day!

Sounds very healthy, but you definately don't need to lose any weight! Keep up the good work, and don't forget to drink plenty of water.
