i've known this guy since kindergarten and we've dated a little bit but not really and i think he is starting to like me agian and im starting to like him back also.
i told him i wasnt feeling well and he said "i would hug you and kiss you right now... but im not there ;("
and i am out of town right now and he said twice that he wishes i was home so we could hang out.
when i get home i am getting my braces off and after i told him that he said "an even better reason to kiss you!"
i am pretty sure he likes me back! what do ya'll think?

It deafinetly sound like he is intreasted in you! But what were the reasons you two didnt stay together... You mentioned that you dated on and off. Makes me wonder why if he liked you so much then or now why would he of not made it a commitement. Just be careful not to get hurt. I dont know the entire story so I cant sit here and say "Go for It!"

i'd say so, unless he talks this way to all girls, does he? if you've known him for that long, then you should know if he's being sincere or just a typical, flirtatious guy. just make sure that you know his true feelings before falling for him and spilling your feelings to him. if it's mutual, great! if not, at least you'll know and you can move on. good luck!

Duh he likes you so if you like him too then get together with him. If you dont like him tell him cause he obviously likes you. He pretty much tells you all the time if he says he wants to kiss you etc.
