How old is the rabbit? Buck teeth, where the teeth don't match up correctly, is inherited and is a lethal gene. When the rabbit gets buck teeth when it is older, it is usually caused by them chewing on the wire and pulling a tooth forward . In either case, you will have to cut the teeth straight across every few weeks for the rest of the rabbit's life. When the teeth line up correctly, they will wear down evenly.
Feel around the mouth of the rabbit. If you feel a small lump, it could be an abscess. It could be a tooth or in the cheek.
Gently tip the rabbit over and see if it's bottom is clean. If it's bottom is dirty and looks watery, it could have coccidious and you will need some antibiotics from the vet.
If it's bottom is clean and the teeth look straight, I would guess a hair ball. This will kill it in a couple of days. The cat hair ball remover might work, but don't wait too long to see a vet.
Give the rabbit some good second cutting hay. Take the carrots away. There isn't any protein in carrots. Sometimes sick rabbits will eat dry plain oatmeal. You could also burn some toast. This sometimes help with an upset stomach. If the rabbit has diarrhea, give it raspberry tea for it's water. Raspberry is also suppose to be good for the GI upsets.
Check the stool to see if there is hair in it. If the rabbit doesn't go in a couple of hours, this will tell you that it is not eating, or could have a hair ball.
The heat can kill a rabbit. Is it laying around panting?
If it is a small rabbit, did someone pick it up wrong and broke a rib?
If it doesn't start eating and drinking in 4 hours, take it to the vet. It doesn't take long for a rabbit to dehydrate and die.

Your rabbit (or your son's rabbit), might need his teeth trimmed. Whenever a rabbit stops eating or drinking, then that can lead to long teeth. Take him to your local vet, and ask if this is the case. Your vet will trim the teeth for you, and then your rabbit will be good as new! For the time being, get and eye dropper and fill it with water. Get your rabbit's mouth open by sticking the eye dropper in the rabbit's mouth. And then inject the water in the mouth. Keep doing this every other hour. About two BIG squirts of the whole eye dropper should work! While you are giving your rabbit water, then, you can see if your rabbit's teeth are long.
Thanks for taking this answer! I wish you good luck!

I would take him to a vet asap! I have 4 guinea pigs and have dealt with this situation before. I would not feed any more carrots. Make sure he she has timothy hay, orchard grass, brome hay, or oat hay which is high in fiber and has some protein-
If the rabbit is not pooping or peeing, try to give drops of water to it yourself with a small syringe-it may be constipated and getting hydrated may help. Do that off and on thu-out the day and pay close attention to her/him.
Lay off on the carrots since raw foods are harder to digest if that is all she is eating. If this is not working for you please take her in to see a vet. Good luck.

Sounds like a GI Tract block to me.
Try to get him to take Prozym, pineapple juice, papaya enzym tablets, and a cat hairball laxative.
Also give them lots of leefy greens (not iceburg lettuce, that is bad) and good fresh Timothy Hay.
If you can get him to drink that is also good.
Also make an appointment with the vet. What I said about is just what to do in the meantime.

Oh, yes he definitely needs to go to the vet if he is not drinking. Rabbits are much different than other pets, you have to be careful when you pick them up or you can hurt them very easy. They are very fragile animals. I suggest to check out these two websites:
