The thing is i am going away tonight for the weekend to stay with a friend but thing is i dont want to go because i really dont feel very well

Do you think that your pregnant? Make sure that is not the issue if you are not ready for parenthood. If that is not the case then just let the person know that you do not feel well and you will try to reschedule and meet with them at a later date.

Stay home is the answer, I guess. The sex has nothing to do with being sick and dizzy, if that is the question. It is highly unlikely that you are pregnant, given the timing you state.
