what machines have the most copper?

I would guess anything with a motor will have a long amount of winding in its coils. That would include fridges and oil burners. It does not include most stoves.

If you have an older water heater that is tankless it may have a copper body that would be a big sphere of copper with tubing inside it.

,I would guess you HVAC system.It has motors and copper tubes for the freon,which could be a lot on split units,as well as wires.( don't forget water pipes )
